Conditioning workouts begin on Saturday

Good afternoon Everyone.

We will have our first workouts this weekend. Please meet me at Allen Pond Park, by the amphitheater, at 11:30 for practice. We will workout for approximately 2 hrs. We will focus on running form, strength and flexibility, for the first couple of weeks. Please make sure that the kids have plenty of water and that they dress appropriately for the weather. Please make sure that they have a good pair of running/athletic shoes, and dress in layers(warm-up suit, shirt and shorts). I look forward to seeing everyone there on Saturday.
